At Kitchen Me Now, we believe even compact spaces can be well organized for optimized storage and stylish — this condo kitchen proves it. In just one week, we turned a basic, builder-grade kitchen into a rich, warm, and functional hub for a couple who craved more storage and a classic, elevated look.
The Vision: Warm, Functional, Timeless (and affordable!)

Our clients wanted a kitchen that felt upscale without being too modern — something that honored classic design, but with thoughtful upgrades that kept them in their budget. They also needed better storage to make the most of their square footage. We helped them land on a beautiful raised-panel cabinet style with elegant trim details and rich cherry tones. To complement the cabinets, they wanted dark granite countertops to add depth. The existing layout was refined with a larger island for extra storage and prep space to maximize the function of the kitchen. While they hadn't picked all of their backsplash (or even decided if they wanted a backsplash), the cabinet and countertop flip got them almost to the finish line and they want to DIY their way through the rest!
The Execution: A One-Week Wonder
Thanks to careful planning and fast cabinet delivery, this remodel came together in under a week. Here’s what we accomplished: full cabinet upgrade with crown molding and coordinated hardware, granite countertops that add drama and durability, new kitchen island, simple lighting swap to keep the space bright, and fresh paint for a clean finish.
The Takeaway
Not every kitchen makeover requires vast amounts of space to gain function. Wood cabinets are a classic, making a comeback and we have lines of cabinetry to cover any style and budget.
